We warrant that our services will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner consistent with industry standards. Any warranty claims must be made within 90 days of service delivery.
EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED IN THESE TERMS, OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR OUR SERVICES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR OUR SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or related to your use of our services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of another party.

Either party may terminate a service agreement according to the terms specified in that agreement. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services immediately if you violate these Terms.

Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Taiyuan, Shanxi Province, China, and you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.
These Terms, together with any service agreements and our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the use of our services.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
No waiver of any term or condition of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term.

Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, pandemics, strikes, or shortages of transportation, facilities, fuel, energy, labor, or materials.
